# 19 Vegetable clever

I got myself a new stir fry pan, bamboo steamer and cleaver for my birthday. I subscribe to the Bespoke monthly boxes but I usually skip. (I have really enjoyed everything I have gotten, it has all been good quality.) This time I decided to give myself a birthday gift. I never used a clever before. I must say that I very much enjoy it. This one was sharp enough to scratch my marble cutting board! I am glad my fingers did not get in the way.
