# 23 Ruby Frost

I tried a new variety of apple called a Ruby Frost. I was surprised to find a new variety because I try new varieties often and though I had gotten most of the ones around here. It is a nice new thing to try because it isn't a huge financial drain if I hate it and toss it. Usually, it is just not my preferred variety but good eating none the less.
