# 18 Potato Soup

This is my first time making potato soup. I love making soup, it is one of my specialties but I usually stay away from milk based soups because they require closer watching. I made this the day before knowing the next night was going to be very busy. When I reheated it I thought I had burned it badly, but I had just forgotten that there were pieces of bacon in it. Doh! It is very filling and hearty. My son asked me to make another batch today.
