Knife

The knife isn't numbered. It is a new thing and I used it today. However, while a very nice knife that I am geeking out over, it is still a knife and not a new enough experience for it to be numbered. I got it and the holder for the new job because they knives there were dangerously terrible. Then realizing the absurdity of having to buy a new knife to work safely as I cook, I decided not to continue with the position. (The knife wasn't the only thing). No regrets, I have a very nice knife and a carry bag and I feel really bad-ass cool. I am not giving the name or a link to buy the knife on purpose. I used it once. For something like this I think that I can't accurately review it for at least a year. I don't know how well it will hold up, how well it holds an edge, and I would want to use it on more than just the onions, celery, and cauliflower I used it on tonight.
