#2 Biscuits!

These were very good. They were even enjoyed by the gluten enabled members of my family. We used buttermilk instead of water, as suggested by my Celiac friends on Facebook. My daughter ate three, Fred and I each at two, and my son inhaled the rest. Sorry, I can't tell you how well they age. Please ignore the stains on my shirt. (How embarrassing!) The two fingers indicate that this is my second new thing. These were paired with shrimp scampi, a recipe that I have been developing for some time. I included the recipe under the category "recipes".
